ISO-NE, PTOs and NEPOOL jointly submit revisions to the OATT and TOA to establish ISO-NE as the New England region’s Asset Condition Reviewer (ACR), and the process for ISO-NE to execute the ACR role
FERC grant’s Joint Movants’ Abeyance Motion and will hold this proceeding in abeyance for 90 days. Responses to the Show Cause Order will be due on Nov 16, 2026; answers to responses, Dec 16, 2026. The filing of an FPA section 205 filing addressing the FERC’s Show Cause Order preliminary findings on or before Nov 16, 2026 will suspend the filing parties’ requirement to respond to the Show Cause Order and the proceeding will continue to be held in abeyance pending further FERC direction. The FERC encouraged ISO-NE and/or the TOs to propose an effective date that takes into account the necessary time to implement the proposed Tariff revisions and accommodate existing commercial arrangements.

FERC approves Settlement Agreement that provides that Brookfield will refund and repay to ISO-NE the payments that it received on behalf of the Lièvre Power portfolio for having a CSO in the FCM for the months of October 2024 through January 2025, plus interest ($125,328 plus interest). ISO-NE will have 60 days to distribute the Settlement Amount, as appropriate, to the FCM’s Capacity Load Obligation (“CLO”) for the months of October, November, and December 2024 and January 2025 (calculated as Settlement Amount (plus interest) × (Customer CLO ÷ Pool CLO)).
