ISO-NE, NESCOE and PTO AC request extension of time for New England’s Order 1920 regional compliance filing deadline from Jun 12, 2025, to Jun 14, 2027; an extension of the interregional compliance filing deadline from Aug 12, 2025, to Jun 14, 2027; and an adjustment to the implementation deadline for regional and interregional transmission plans from “two years from the date on which initial filings to comply with Order No. 1920 are due,” to four months from the date that the FERC issues an initial order accepting ISO-NE’s regional and interregional compliance filings.
