RI Energy submitted for informational purposes its true-up adjustments (“True-Up Adjustments”) of its Block Island Transmission System (“BITS”) Surcharge. The True-Up Adjustments reconcile actual monthly billings under the provisions set forth in TSA-NECO-83 and TSA-NECO-86 to the same calculations based on actual data, including FERC Form No. 1 data. The difference, RI Energy stated, together with interest, was applied to RI Energy’s monthly BITS Surcharge billings in July 2025.
