
Jackie Bihrle
Jackie Bihrle is a Managing Attorney at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, in the Division of Energy and Ratepayer Advocacy. The Massachusetts Attorney General is the chief legal officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the statutory ratepayer advocate. Jackie focuses her current practice on the Office’s federal and regional affairs, including representing Massachusetts ratepayers in FERC proceedings and as the Participants Committee member of NEPOOL. Jackie is beginning her first term as the End User Sector Vice Chair.
Before transitioning to the federal and regional team at the Attorney General’s Office, Jackie litigated matters before the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, including base distribution rate cases. She also worked on developing the Attorney General’s policies related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure, offshore wind procurement, municipal aggregation, and provision of basic electric service. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, Jackie worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Essex County (MA) and spent several years in private practice at Pierce, Davis & Perritano LLP. Jackie is a graduate of Boston University (B.S.) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.). She lives in Weston, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.
