The FERC issued an order addressing arguments raised on rehearing of the FERC’s March 9, 2018 CASPR Order by  Clean Energy Advocates, ENECOS, NextEra/NRG and Public Citizen. As it is permitted under section 313(a) of  the Federal Power Act, the FERC modified the discussion in the CASPR Order but reached the same the result.  Challenges to the CASPR Order are before the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit (Case No. 20-1333).  View Nov 19 order here.
