The PTOs will provide a summary of the Transition Worksheets that are included in the Annual Update in order to explain the RNS rate change in more detail than at the July 14thTransmission Committee Meeting.  The majority of time at the Technical Session will be dedicated to providing an opportunity for Interested Parties to seek additional information and clarifications.
