To help ensure a productive conversation at the MC/RC level on the Future Grid Reliability Study (FGRS) progress to date, the Planning Advisory Committee leadership has agreed to collaborate by adding a meeting to the morning of September 17^th to present the 2021 Annual Economic study (aka FGRS phase 1) results ahead of the regularly scheduled September 22^nd meeting, which will proceed with all other agenda items.  This will allow MC/RC members to discuss initial feedback in the afternoon.
