A call of the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules Working Group has been scheduled for October 11 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. to discuss a request from  NuPower Cherry Street FC for a waiver of the GIS Agreement and GIS Operating Rules to permit a change to its Certificates for February and March 2022. 

At its October 6, 2022 meeting, the NEPOOL Participants Committee referred to the GIS Operating Rules Working Group for further consideration of, and a recommendation on, (1) whether to grant or deny the NuPower request for waiver and (2) recommended criteria for NEPOOL to use in addressing any future waiver requests.  For additional information, see the  Memo to the NPC here.
