Versant Power submits an Offer of Settlement between itself, the Maine Public Utilities Commission (“MPUC”), and the Maine Office of the Public Advocate (“OPA”) to resolve all issues raised by the MPUC related to Versant’s proposed establishment of a regulatory asset and associated amortization schedule for certain costs identified during the audit by Commission Staff in Docket No. FA20-9-000 (the “BHD Regulatory Asset Filing”).
