Green Mountain Power filed revisions to Schedule 21-GMP (i) to clarify how behind the meter generation (BTM) is treated for purposes of calculating Local Network Load and (ii) to its billing methodology for Scheduling, System Control and Dispatch Costs (SSCDC).
