ISO-NE and NEP file revisions to TSA-NEP-86 so that the TSA, as revised, will function solely to ensure that certain provisions related to the Contract Termination Charges (“CTCs”) defined and set forth in certain Restructuring Agreements remain in effect until such time as the CTCs are fully recovered.
