RENEW supports compliance changes; NEPGA submits motion for correction to Section 8 of the OATT; CPV Towantic submits a protest requesting 2 changes to the filed compliance changes: (1) that OATT Schedule 11 paragraph (8) be revised so that refunds of O&M costs associated with Network Upgrades are due (with interest) where such costs accrued on or after December 19, 2024, regardless of whether the  Interconnection Customer paid such costs prior to December 19, 2024; and (2) that Filing Parties be directed to revise Schedule 11 paragraph (8) to provide that the relevant Filing Parties will  revise an Interconnection Agreement to reflect the requirements of the RENEW O&M Complaint Order upon request of the Interconnection Customer
