Evergreen Wind Power II requests waiver of LGIP and Tariff provisions that require a prospective New Capacity Resource to have submitted a valid Interconnection Request seeking Capacity Network Resource (CNR) Interconnection Service, and to have been assigned a valid Queue Position associated with that request, as of June 13, 2024 as a condition of participating in the Interim Reconfiguration Auction Qualification process.
