GSP Companies file notice that the transaction pursuant to which ACR II Granite Shore Power Holdings LLC acquired from Castleton Commodities affiliate CCI PAH II LLC the remaining 50% of the membership interests in Granite Shore Power Holdings LLC was consummated on Dec 8, 2021.  Accordingly, Castleton and the GSP Companies are no longer Related Persons.
