ISO-NE and NEPOOL submit revisions to Market Rule 1 clarify the Metered Quantity for Settlement rules in Market Rule 1 as they apply to Load Assets and establish Metered Quantity for Settlement rules for Storage as Transmission-Only Assets (SATOAs); ISO-NE also provided notice that the SATOA Tariff and TOA Revisions submitted and accepted in Docket Nos.
