FERC accepts, eff. Jan 1, 2023, revisions to NEP Tariff No. 1 that (i) remove certain language in light of PPL’s acquisition of The Narragansett Electric Company d/b/a Rhode Island Energy (RI Energy), the subsequent transition in operational control of RI Energy’s transmission facilities, and an associated change in the mechanism through which RI Energy recovers its transmission revenue requirements; and (ii) make non-substantive edits to Tariff No. 1 to replace outdated references therein
