Dynegy submits initial filing providing notice of its intent to recover CIP-IROL costs under Schedule 17.  In this filing, Dynegy is not seeking to recover any costs, but to set the date from which such costs can be recovered.  The contemplated pre-filing process and subsequent Section 205 filing contemplated under Schedule 17 for the recovery of actual CIP-IROL costs after the requested March 21, 2021 effective date will follow.
