Versant files an uncontested Joint Offer of Settlement between itself and the Maine Wholesale Customer Group, the Aroostook Energy Association, the Maine Office of the Public Advocate, and the Maine Public Utilities Commission (together, the Maine Parties) which, if approved, would resolve all issues raised by the Maine Parties with regards to Versant’s 2022 annual update to the transmission charges under the MPD OATT.
