Versant files a revised uncontested Joint Offer of Settlement between itself and the MPUC that replaces in full the Offer of Settlement submitted Nov 19, 2021 and, if approved, would resolve all issues raised by the MPUC with regards to Versant’s 2020 annual update to the transmission charges under Schedule 21-VP
