FERC accepts (i) the membership in NEPOOL of Emera Energy Services Subsidiary No. 6 and Tidal Energy USA; and (ii) the name changes of GB II New Haven LLC (f/k/a PSEG New Haven LLC), GB II Connecticut LLC (f/k/a PSEG Power Connecticut LLC) and Generate Colchester Fuel Cells, LLC (f/k/a Bloom Connecticut Clean Energy Company, LLC)
