CMP files second amendment to CMP/Brookfield White Pine Hydro Interconnection Agreement to to remove references to the “Bonny Eagle” and “West Buxton Hydro” generating facilityies, which become subject to a new three-party pro forma LGIA between CMP, Brookfield and ISO-NE. The 2d Amended IA does not implement any new rates or charges.
Filing Parties replace March 13 LGIA filing with this one to allow (i) the FERC additional time to consider the filing (as well as an additional filing made by Andro Hydro) and (ii) for additional time for consultation among the Filing Parties
