DESCRIPTION:The Participating Transmission Owners (PTOs) will hold a virtual Technical Session for Interested Parties[2]  to provide the PTOs the opportunity to explain the Supplemental Annual Update RNS rate change in more detail and to provide Interested Parties an opportunity to seek additional information and clarifications and otherwise discuss the supplemental revenue requirement and rate change. \nThe virtual session will be held as a Microsoft Teams webinar and registration is open to Interested Parties only.  Interested Parties should click this link Supplemental Technical Session Registration Form  to register for the event.  After the registration form is completed\, an automated email invitation will be sent containing the link to join the meeting. \n[2] Pursuant to the Interim Protocols\, Interested Parties) shall mean Transmission Customers under the ISO-NE Tariff\, New England state utility regulatory commissions\, New England consumer advocacy agencies\, NESCOE\, New England state attorneys general\, NEPOOL as an organization and including members of the NEPOOL Transmission Committee\, and ISO NE.
