DESCRIPTION:Due to unforeseen circumstances\, the Resource Capacity Contribution Technical Session was been postponed and will be re-scheduled to a future day shortly.\nISO-NE will present technical background on the issues being observed with the current methodology for attributing resource capacity contributions to resource adequacy in New England.  ISO-NE will provide background on how other regions have been addressing the issue including recent considerations of the Effective Load Carrying Capability (ELCC) methodology. The session will conclude with discussions on possible approaches for scoping an assessment of the relevant issues in the region.
