DESCRIPTION:To help ensure a productive conversation at the MC/RC level on the Future Grid Reliability Study (FGRS) progress to date\, the Planning Advisory Committee leadership has agreed to collaborate by adding a meeting to the morning of September 17th to present the 2021 Annual Economic study (aka FGRS phase 1) results ahead of the regularly scheduled September 22nd meeting\, which will proceed with all other agenda items.  This will allow MC/RC members to discuss initial feedback in the afternoon.
