SUMMARY:GIS Operating Rules WG Meeting
DESCRIPTION:On Dec 1\, 2023\, the Working Group met to discuss the proposal of APX\, the GIS Administrator\, to accommodate a request to revise the GIS to permit the transfer of GIS Certificates on an hourly basis through a separate register maintained by APX and to permit GIS Account Holders to identify certain generators for which the generation data in the GIS would be denoted hourly in that register.  At that meeting\, APX had agreed to take the feedback on its proposal that it received from Working Group members and develop a more detailed requirements document. \nAPX has informed us that it has completed that document and will soon be ready to share it with the Working Group.  This meeting of the Working Group is to discuss the more detailed proposal.  APX will provide us with the document in advance of that meeting\, and we will circulate it to the Working Group once we receive it.
